The Madison County Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer the Drugs Don’t Work Program as an exclusive benefit to our members.

This program, administered in partnership with the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, helps businesses create safer, more productive workplaces while rewarding those efforts with a 7.5% discount on workers’ compensation insurance premiums.

What Is the Drugs Don’t Work Program?

The Drugs Don’t Work Program is a voluntary, state-certified initiative designed to help employers implement a drug-free workplace policy. By meeting program requirements, participating businesses not only promote a safer work environment, but also qualify for a significant insurance premium discount.

Who Is Eligible?

Any Chamber member with employees covered by workers’ compensation insurance in Georgia is eligible to participate.
