About the Program:

The MADICO MADE High Potential Leaders Program seeks to encourage, develop, and provide community leadership in order to enhance the quality of life in Madison County.

Specific goals of the program include:

• To identify and educate potential, emerging, and existing community leaders
• To promote networking among the membership
• To identify community needs and to promote and facilitate community projects
• To provide a resource pool for the benefit of the community

Who We're Looking For:

The Madison County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development Committee targets individuals:

• Who have a sincere commitment, motivation and interest to serve in the community
• Who have demonstrated commitment by past community activities
• Who are interested in seeking, or intending to seek public office, boards, commissions, or key volunteer leadership roles
• Who represent all segments of the community
• Who have demonstrated leadership qualities or potential for development of those qualities.

What Our High Potential Leaders Commit To:

Members of the 2025 MADICO MADE High Potential Leaders Program are expected to attend the following mandatory sessions:

• Three Day Retreat at Rock Eagle 4-H Center
• Agriculture Day
• Industry and Workforce Development Day
• Government and Business Development Day
• State Capitol Trip
• Half Day Service Project
• Community Coaching Day with Youth Program
• Graduation at the Madison County Chamber of Commerce's Annual State of the County event
