In partnership with members like you, the Madison County Chamber of Commerce annually awards scholarships in honor of the MCHS Class of 2020 to graduating seniors residing in Madison County that plan on pursuing traditional 4-year post-secondary education or technical college.

In an effort to increase interest and support for young entrepreneurs in our community, the Chamber will be launching the MADICO MAKERS Student Entrepreneurship Program with Madison County High School this fall.

Selected students will undergo additional class instruction from experts, be paired with local business mentors for one-on-one guidance, and receive additional assistance as needed from the UGA Small Business Development Center as they craft a business plan.

Upon completion of the business plan, students will deliver a "Shark Tank Style" presentation to a panel of local business owners. The winning students will receive a grant to assist their business start-up costs in Madison County.
